Junior WordPress Developer (Male)

Ozbix IT Solutions is a dynamic digital agency focused on delivering tailored IT and web solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and visually appealing websites that meet client expectations. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Garden East, Karachi, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
- Create and modify custom themes and plugins as required to meet project specifications.
- Convert PSD and Figma designs into fully responsive WordPress themes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely solutions to maintain site performance.
- Optimize websites for speed, overall performance, and SEO best practices.
- Ensure compatibility across different browsers and mobile devices.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, SEO specialists, and project managers to deliver seamless project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with popular page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Strong understanding of WordPress security measures, performance optimization, and SEO standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
