Juniour Chat Sales Associate

HR Blend is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Chat Sales Associates. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with prospective customers through chat platforms.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful responses.
- Identify customer needs and explain appropriate services clearly.
- Maintain professional, engaging, and positive conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and potential leads to nurture relationships.
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Learn and apply sales techniques to improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate education or equivalent qualification.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in sales and customer relationship management.

- Positive attitude with confidence in written communication.
- Ability to manage conversations and follow-ups responsibly and professionally.
- Availability to work on-site during evening and night shifts (7:00 PM – 2:00 AM), Monday to Saturday.
