Qualification: DAE Civil or BSc. Civil Engineering
Building Works Experience: 15+ Years (DAE) & 8 Years for BSc. Engg.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Management of Contractual matters, raising RFQ, Rate analysis etc.
2. Preparing Bid documents and coordinating with client and other stake holders regarding any queries from Bids to completion stage of project.
3. Management of Project Planning, scheduling as per Owner’s requirements.
4. Managing and coordinating site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
5. Ensuring execution work as per drawings and standard specifications.
6. Ensuring implementation of provided schedule dates, QA/QC procedures and HSE protocols.
7. Identifying and resolving site-related issues, including technical and logistical challenges.
8. Managing site documentation, records and correspondence.
9. Coordinating with Client/Contractors and addressing the concerns efficiently.
10. Leading and mentoring site staff including laborers and sub-contractors.
