A right candidate will be responsible to:
· Hire an outsource to manage, and supervise:
- Accounting company to perform accurate bookkeeping, including timely reconciliation and generating required reports and suggestions. Comply with finance laws, both local & US offices.
- Marketing & Advertising company to promote company’s services through various channels, proposed effective-proven campaigns to generates leads
· Strategic development:
- Analyzing business practices and recommending improvements. Writing reports on each department’s data that affect business performance. Suggesting improvements.
- Recruiting new staff members. Leading meetings with employees within the department or in other divisions and with management as needed.
Note that this job description must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Proven working experience as an independent business manager – minimum 3 yrs. (experienced only)
- Expert-Level Knowledge of Business developing tools, Finance, Management, Law, Human Resources, Marketing, Recruitment, Networking, Reporting, Leadership.
- Salary range between Rs.70000/ - Rs.100000/
- Paid holidays & vacation time
