As a lead generation agent, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our company.
- You will play a vital role in our sales and marketing efforts by generating interest and gathering information from prospective customers.
- Your primary objective will be to engage with individuals or businesses who may have an interest in our products/services and convert them into qualified leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Utilize various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to reach out to prospects and initiate conversations.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and budgetary capabilities.
- Educate prospects about our products/services and explain their benefits.
- Collect and document relevant information, including contact details, preferences, and requirements of leads.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead management tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new lead-generation techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
