We are seeking highly motivated and experienced sales and marketing associates to join our team on a remote basis. As a sales and marketing associate, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness for our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer retention
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that promote our brand and products
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new leads
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with at least 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
