Sales Executive

Kainat Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Executive will not only focus on lead generation and customer relationship management but will also actively contribute to sales strategy development and the achievement of sales goals. Although this role does not involve managing a team, exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and close deals. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying market opportunities and creating compelling proposals that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive offers, proposals, and sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
Effectively position the brand, products, and services to maximize their value and appeal to clients.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Participate in team meetings and contribute insights and strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client onboarding processes.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities through effective prospecting techniques.
