In consultation with the CEO, improve internal controls across a diversified organisation
- Develop comprehensive budgets across revenue streams that provide both goods and services to people living and working with a disability, commercial customers and the general public
- Manage the Payroll Coordinator responsible for the payroll function for approximately 250 supported employees and staff
- Optimise management of the debtors and creditors ledgers within policy guidelines
- Establish and manage debit card processes with staff that focus on timely acquittals, as well as developing systems that focus the debit card holder on best practice substantiation with appropriate documentation
- Manage the annual general insurance and workers compensation review and policy renewal process
- Establish and manage service agreements for external contractors responsible for IT infrastructure, telephony services and property maintenance
