IT Manager

Kallstar is looking for an experienced VICIdial & IT Infrastructure Manager to take full ownership of the company's dialer systems, servers, VoIP infrastructure, routing plans, network connectivity, and technical integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a stable, secure, and high-performing outbound and inbound calling environment. This role requires hands-on expertise in VICIdial, Asterisk, Linux, SIP trunking, carrier management, call routing, database administration, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery.

The candidate must be able to independently manage the complete telephony infrastructure, resolve technical issues, optimize call performance, and maintain proper technical documentation.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the management of IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the infrastructure and systems are optimized for performance. Responsibilities include managing production servers, maintaining Asterisk and VoIP systems, developing routing plans, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring security and documentation practices are upheld.
