The Key Account Manager (KAM) role based in Lahore, Pakistan, focuses on developing and executing customer strategies and business plans to drive growth and profitability for Lipton Pakistan. This position involves managing strong relationships with customers, aligning business objectives through joint planning, and ensuring flawless execution of sales and marketing initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to optimize category performance and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize customer strategies.
- Agree on joint customer business plans to achieve set business objectives.
- Deliver, monitor, and review business plans alongside Perfect Store execution KPIs.
- Provide insights into customer behavior and channel dynamics.
- Manage the customer Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned categories.
- Negotiate trade terms and manage trade funding effectively.
- Oversee customer operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Shopper Marketing Manager for category input and banner/channel planning.
- Work in strong partnership with Key Account Specialists and other cooperating departments to ensure alignment and success.

Required Qualifications:
- A commercial degree, preferably in sales and marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a Key Account Manager role.
- Proven track record of delivering both top-line and bottom-line results.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and influence teams.
- Strong business development and sales management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities.
- Confidence in decision-making, autonomy, and a strong bias for action.
- High resilience and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize data and insights to inform strategy.
- Competence in crisis management.
- A performance-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
- Passion for the tea category.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being essential.
