We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accurate billing processes and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The ideal candidate will maintain strong client relationships, handle billing inquiries efficiently, and work closely with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional follow-up calls with clients to address their needs and inquiries.
- Manage billing-related queries while ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Update internal records and trackers with detailed information from client communications.
- Assist in promptly resolving client issues or concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email handling.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
