Kamayi’s mission is to address the critical disconnect between the trained labour force from the blue/grey collar segments and their relevant industry in Pakistan, while also enabling an ecosystem where individuals are incentivised to work and make their contribution towards kick-starting the country’s economy. These graduates have limited access to their relevant markets, while employers continue to face significant barriers in tapping into this pool of trained labor – this presents a unique opportunity for us to develop Kamayi.
Initially Kamayi’s single-point focus would be to deploy cutting-edge technology to bridge the existing information asymmetry that exists between the employers and employees in blue/grey collar segments of the country, eventually allowing us to identify and address the barriers in employment process. Job Summary & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an energetic and competent individual, who is able to keep up with our dynamic and quickly evolving workplace. While the primary aim will be to assist the team in following up on leads, pitching our services to new clients, and maintaining/building business relationships. You will be required to perform a multitude of tasks - the following list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and you may be assigned additional tasks and as when deemed necessary by the CEO or Line Manager:

In this vein, our company’s primary targets are to: 1. provide a platform for employees to be informed about job opportunities relevant to them; 2. provide a platform for employers to post jobs and source candidates relevant to them; 3. provide solutions to overcome barriers in the employment process.
