Production Manager: Candidates must be Food Technologist, Chemist

Experienced 08-Years or above of FMCG food industry will be prefered.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling:Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand, ensuring cost-effective production.
Quality & Safety Assurance:Implement and maintain stringent quality control standards and ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, especially critical for food products.
Resource & Budget Management:Assess resource requirements and manage budgets for production activities, negotiating with managers and clients.
Team Leadership:Motivate and lead a production team, inspiring them to meet targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Equipment Management:Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshooting:Make informed decisions to resolve production issues, sometimes on the spot.
