Responsibilities:

  • Managing the company's inventory of books and other materials.
  • Overseeing the shipping and receiving of books and other materials.
  • Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support to the editorial and production teams.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of book launches and other events.
  • Ensure that the office is clean and safe for employees and visitors.
  • Provide support to the CEO/General Manager and other senior executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an office management role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
  • Experience with book inventory management and shipping and receiving.
  • Experience with marketing and sales support.
