Responsibilities:
- Managing the company's inventory of books and other materials.
- Overseeing the shipping and receiving of books and other materials.
- Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Providing administrative support to the editorial and production teams.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of book launches and other events.
- Ensure that the office is clean and safe for employees and visitors.
- Provide support to the CEO/General Manager and other senior executives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an office management role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
- Experience with book inventory management and shipping and receiving.
- Experience with marketing and sales support.
