We are looking for taxi controllers,
- Who need to take incoming calls from UK customers.
- Who are looking to book/ammend taxi bookings. You will be handing the following task in particular :
- Airport bookings
- Payment over the phone
- Escalting the complaint to the relvant department
- Handling driver's queries and dispatching jobs to the driver
- This opportunity is for experienced males/females who are fluent in english and computer friendly
