· Able to Greet and welcome guest on their arrival.
· Escort the guest to the dining table.
· Provide information about new arrival menu or promotion to the guest.
· Attend to special guest such as VIP’s arrivals or any arranged event happening in restaurant.
· Record information in logbook daily and present to the floor manager at the end of the day
· If guest has any problems or complaints directly report to the floor manager.
· In-contact with incoming calls and intercom
· Should always be present at the main entrance of the restaurant
· Assist the guest to open door.
