Looking for a well versed, well spoken, persistent & punctual individual to fill in the role of collection & in house marketing & sales position on our project.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, and be comfortable working autonomously.
Responsibility involves calling existing clients and reminding them about their monthly installment dues for their apartment units, Also the individual would be calling potential customers on query sheet extracted from different media handles and providing them with information about the project.
Prior experience in real estate sales & marketing is preferred.
The individual should be flexible with rotating roster & working on Sundays and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers to remind them of their monthly installment dues for apartment units
- Update customer records with the due date, amount and notes of the conversation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with payment options
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate payment reminders through phone calls or text messages
- Keep track of payment due dates and follow-up with customers who have missed payments
- Work with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Follow-up with online sale queries and provide details about the project on social media handles & over the phone.
- Making calls to potential customers and providing them with necessary details about the project.
