Handling day-to-day account related activities and on demands matters.
- Knowledge of payroll and time sheets related matters.
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits and reimbursement process and adjustments.
- Ability to use customized accounting software and keeping all accounting file records updated.
- Managing accounting transactions for departmental financial requirements and budget approval process.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual closing and final settlements and close out.
- Reconciliations of receivables, payable accounts and bank statements.
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, Delivery Chalans, account payable and receivable.
- Knowledge and experience of tax related matters, tax payments and preparation tax returns.
- Making solutions timely and reporting any discrepancies and irregularities to the management.
