We are hiring highly skilled, full-time SQA for senior position having broad knowledge and experience of testing Web, Android and Desktop Application
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end to end test management processes for testing projects
- Development of QA test strategies, test plans and other quality assurance standards
- Work closely development and project/product management team members to define, create and execute quality assurance testing for startup and enterprise software products and services.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to create QA artifacts
- Lead the efforts to implement QA automation to expedite smoke and regression testing.
- Create QA progress/status reports and facilitate internal and external quality review meetings.
- Be a progressive thinker to optimize QA efforts and expedite the required testing process.
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of hands on, progressive QA experience in testing enterprise class complex software products.
- Must have proven track record of managing multiple types and levels of quality testing across the entire life cycle of software products and services.
- Expert level understanding of QA concepts, strategies and tools of the trade required.
- Hands on experience in testing software developed using Agile Scrum framework.
- Proficiency in tools and techniques for QA automation is required.
- Understanding and experience in the enterprise application integration domain and challenges it brings.
- Excellent communication, organization, and people skills, with rare ability to facilitate, keep people on tasks, and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional planning skill with ability to create realistic QA test plans to reflect risk and priorities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
- Team player who exhibits effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
- Detail oriented and refuse to let things “fall through the cracks”.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred, and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
