Job Description
We at KBM have a fantastic opportunity for an Admin Officer. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support like maintaining the database, preparing reports, and managing queries. In addition to this, working knowledge of office management tools and software is also required.
Employment: Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee CVs
- Maintain employee database
- Downloading and uploading CVs from various portals
- Sending out emails for job opportunities
- Admin related tasks like drafting reports etc.
- Gathering information from existing and new employees
- Maintaining files
- Reporting to Manager on a daily basis
- Answer queries by employees and clients
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous work experience as an Administrative Officer
- Experience with office management software (MS Word and MS Excel specifically)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- University Graduate with good communication skills
Salary
The basic salary is between 40-45k PKR.
