Responsibilities:
- Could manage bulk amount of outbound calls
- Have the ability to generate sales leads
- Know how to satisfy & identify customer needs as per requirements.
- Sustain a good relationship with customer
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
- Must have strong convincing power with good English communication skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Punctual, determined and willing to lead the industry in near future
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
