Main Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & provide information to the clients.
  • Coordinate with existing and new clients.
  • Inbound call management
  • Arrange the meetings
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about the company’s services.

Note

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Digital Marketing.
  • Desired Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Must have international call center experience.

Salary: Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000

Working days: Monday-Friday

Working time: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
