Worker - Female

Kefir is seeking a dedicated Worker - Female to join our production team. This role is essential in supporting the manufacturing processes through efficient production activities, accurate packaging of finished goods, and maintaining high standards of sanitation within the workplace. Fluency in English reading and writing will support clear understanding of training materials and operational procedures.
Responsibilities

Perform production tasks under supervision, following provided instructions accurately.
Package finished products carefully to prevent damage and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
Participate actively in company-provided training sessions to develop job-related skills.
Follow all safety protocols to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets efficiently.
Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
