About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a data specialist to work with our talented internal team and our customers who are leaders in retail industry both nationally and globally. This role is critical to the continued success of our solution and our customers.

*****This role requires to work with the Australian team from 10 am to 6pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).*******

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  •  Maintain & monitor customer data to ensure accuracy.
  •  Overlay analysis and settings using internal tools on customer data.
  •  Validate and interpret client queries and data using tools like Excel, SQL and internal tools.
  •  Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure data queries are resolved in timely manner.
  •  The candidate must possess a relevant industry experience and a tertiary qualification in one of these domains: IT, engineering, mathematics or actuarial.
  •  The ideal candidate should be a team player and have great attention to details.

Skill and Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience querying data with SQL
  • Proficient in Excel and its features such as pivot table, lookup/match formulas and filters.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and manage priority well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and analytics platforms will be an advantage.
