JazzSure Insurance is seeking a Key Account & Business Coordination Manager to lead strategic partnerships within the JazzWorld ecosystem. This role focuses on developing and managing high-impact relationships between JazzSure Insurance and key partners such as GSM, JLV, and other corporate accounts. The successful candidate will drive business growth by embedding insurance solutions across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. This position requires a strategic mindset to transform partnerships into sustainable revenue streams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for GSM, JLV, and other assigned JazzWorld entities and strategic corporate accounts.
- Manage and nurture strategic partnerships to foster business growth and long-term collaboration.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies focused on revenue generation, customer retention, and product adoption.
- Identify and commercialize opportunities to scale insurance solutions across diverse customer segments.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities, converting initiatives into sustainable premium and revenue growth.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic business initiatives, including concept development, approvals, launch, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with commercial, product, technology, finance, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and operational standards are upheld across all partnership engagements.
- Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making and business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Relationship Management.
- At least 3 years managing senior-level client, corporate, or strategic partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, especially consumer, group, and health insurance solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for business modeling, reporting, analytics, and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with embedded insurance, bancassurance, telco-insurance, digital partnerships, or bundled propositions is highly advantageous.
