JazzSure Insurance is seeking a Key Account & Business Coordination Manager to lead and manage strategic partnerships within the JazzWorld ecosystem. This role focuses on driving innovation, customer value, and business growth by serving as the primary liaison between JazzSure Insurance and key partners such as GSM, JLV, and other corporate accounts. The successful candidate will transform partnerships into sustainable commercial outcomes by collaborating across multiple teams including commercial, product, technology, finance, legal, compliance, and customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to expand insurance solutions across diverse customer segments and contribute to the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for GSM, JLV, and other assigned JazzWorld entities and strategic corporate accounts.
- Own and manage strategic relationships to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on revenue generation, customer retention, and product adoption.
- Identify and commercialize opportunities to embed and scale insurance solutions across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, converting initiatives into sustainable premium and revenue growth.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic business initiatives, from concept and approvals through launch and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Relationship Management.
- Minimum 3 years managing senior-level client, corporate, or strategic partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, particularly consumer, group, and health insurance solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for business modeling, reporting, analytics, and executive presentations.
