Key Account Manager – Lahore

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Lahore or the surrounding region. This role focuses on managing and expanding our presence within key accounts and Modern Trade channels in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with enterprise-level retail partners, including A+ stores and Local Modern Trade outlets, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive individual who can coordinate effectively with store management and procurement teams while analyzing market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with assigned Key Accounts and Local Modern Trade (LMT) outlets.
- Ensure consistent product availability, optimal shelf space, and prominent placement of marketing assets at all A+ retail locations.
- Drive sales volumes by meeting monthly and quarterly targets and implementing trade marketing strategies effectively.
- Liaise directly with store managers, procurement teams, and floor staff to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the modern trade network.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG industry, specifically managing Key Accounts or Modern Trade channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have a personal operational bike for daily field visits.

- Monthly salary range: PKR 60,000 to PKR 80,000.
