Key Account Manager

MyVQ | New Dawn Innovations, a multi-award-winning British brand known for its innovative Audio and Small Domestic Appliances, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in Islamabad, Pakistan. VQ combines cutting-edge technology with elegant, design-led aesthetics to create products that enhance everyday living. As the company expands its presence in key retail markets globally, the Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing strategic retail partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring the brand’s premium positioning across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of key retail accounts within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and category managers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, margins, promotions, and contractual agreements.
- Prepare and deliver tailored commercial proposals and sales forecasts for each retail channel.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and retail activations to maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales trends, and manage stock levels to optimize results.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate reporting, and comprehensive account documentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment, preferably within retail, consumer electronics, small domestic appliances, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and commercial negotiation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially driven with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution approach.
- Passion for design, innovation, and home or lifestyle products.
- Candidates must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
