Key Account Manager

UEB3 Ventures is seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial sector, particularly in insurance, banking, mutual funds, or related financial institutions. This role requires a results-driven professional who can effectively lead a team, manage key client relationships, and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of at least two Relationship Officers, ensuring their performance aligns with company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales performance, and team progress to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in the insurance, banking, mutual funds, or financial services sector is mandatory.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong track record in sales and business development within financial institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets consistently.
