Key Account Manager- Onsite

We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Key Account Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience in managing international clients. This role requires maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, understanding client needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service, and contribute to long-term client retention. This position is based at Najeeb Center, PECHS Block 2, Karachi, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with international clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor client accounts, deliverables, and evolving requirements to maintain alignment.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide clients with timely updates on their accounts.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand account value.
- Handle client escalations professionally, working toward effective and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, requirements, and account activities.
- Prepare and present regular account reports and updates to management.
- Ensure a positive client experience that supports long-term retention and trust.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Success, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing international clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We are looking for a proactive and professional individual who can build trust with international clients, manage expectations clearly, and facilitate smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000. This is an in-person position located in Karachi.
