- We are seeking a motivated, articulate team player to join us.
- The role involves developing the online marketing strategy as well as hands on delivery and execution, ensuring successful planning, implementation, monitoring and communication.
- The chosen candidate will predominantly work on Digital Marketing functions, from social media and email campaigns to website and SEO improvements.
- You will work as part of our marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns to help get the company’s voice heard and attract an engaged audience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company website, devising strategies to drive online traffic and continuing to improve usability, design, content, and conversion
- Lead the development of the social media presence
- Engage with the LinkedIn community to increase relevant brand exposure
- To be responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimisation and search marketing
- Passionate about digital marketing – constantly keeping up with latest trends and recommending ways to improve brand awareness and lead generation
- Mentoring junior marketing colleagues
Requirements
- 3+ years working in marketing, applying various techniques to improve brand development
- Become an expert in our brand, industry, competitors, and audience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written skills and naturally articulate
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Build strong relationships within the internal team and learn from experienced colleagues
- Preferred candidates will hold a relevant degree level qualification
