Manager Accounts and Finanace

Khadeej is seeking an experienced Manager Accounts and Finance to lead and oversee the financial operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in the textile and retail industry, with a strong grasp of industry-specific financial practices and regulations. This role requires managing a team of two individuals to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with all statutory requirements while supporting the companys strategic financial goals. The Manager Accounts and Finance plays a critical role in monitoring financial performance, managing cash flow, and coordinating accounts payable and receivable functions. The candidate will work closely with various departments to align financial activities with business objectives, improve financial processes, and implement effective accounting systems. A thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and taxation in the textile and retail sectors is essential to succeed and contribute to Khadeejs continued financial stability and growth.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the accounts and finance team of two persons, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate financial operations.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports to provide insights into the companys financial status.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to develop realistic financial plans aligned with business goals and market conditions in the textile and retail industry.
Manage all accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow and timely payment cycles.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards specific to the textile and retail sectors.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Utilize accounting and ERP software such as SAP or Oracle Financials to streamline financial operations and reporting accuracy.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during financial audits and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
Implement effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and enhance financial data integrity.
Monitor cash flow management to maintain adequate liquidity for daily operational needs and strategic investments.
Support senior leadership with financial insights and recommendations to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the companys financial practices remain compliant and competitive.
