Leading and overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of a 40-storey residential building
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
Create and manage resource-loaded plan with accurate material and manpower allocations
Generate and analyze S-curves for effective tracking of project resources and materials
Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and structural standards
Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, contractors and project managers
Monitor progress and report on timeline, costs and resource utilization
