Experience: 5-7 Years (IE experience in Football Industry)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Industrial Engineer. The Senior Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing processes, implementing manufacturing engineering techniques, and improving overall efficiency. They will also be involved in communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Develop and implement productivity and lean practices initiatives based on overall business strategy.
- To assist top management in efficient decision making through developing and implementing IE Metrics.
- Developing lean management practices in all departments and across the company.
- Develop comprehensive system for workers skills evaluation and conduct skills evaluation of all workers through skill matrix.
- Analytical Skills, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in process improvement
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience in data analysis and problem-solving
