Khired Networks is looking for a Operations Executive, who can work independently, and has the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, respond to their queries and facilitate them by providing the appropriate services.
- Managing all administrative and disciplinary matters.
- Dealing with International clients.
- Communicate with both internal and external customers.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by Management
- Strong written/oral communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in 24/7 Operations.
