Responsible for interviewing all clients and dealing with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
Responsible for overseeing the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensuring that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
Responsible for ensuring that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Responsible for preparing all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
Responsible for helping the client to obtain Visas, Green cards, and other documentation required.
Responsible for filing & processing the case for Canada, US, UK and Schengen Courtiers.
Handling Client Interaction, and Customer Query in term of Queries related to Canada skill workers' Immigration & Visa Solutions.
To answer the client's queries on the telephone
Maintains customer records by updating application information
To deal with the clients and guide them about the documentation process.
Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, and Counseling.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow
To maintain clients' file and follow up time to time.
