We are looking for the services of Senior Site Engineer (Barakahu)
- Manage & develop, small-scale to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) Monitors and tracks daily progress & work completed, comparing planned to actual.
- Ensure weekly plans for the civil works of the project in close liaison with planning and site store.
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs control measure.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions for project updates.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/ flaws.
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaison with a variety of stakeholders
- Hand over the resulting structures and services for use with final cleaning.
- Monitor progress and compile reports about project status.
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
- · Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent Communication, writing & Presentation Skills·
- Competent in reading and understanding Drawings & Specifications.
- Command on Auto Cad is required.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in infrastructure and buildings required.
Education:
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- PEC Licence (Required)
