Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students for study options in UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, and other countries
Manage inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
Maintain accurate student records and assist with documentation
Follow up with leads and build strong client relationships

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Urdu
Prior experience in student consultancy or customer service is preferred
Confident and professional demeanor
