Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting suitable holiday packages based on their needs and preferences.
Provide information about destinations, travel options, accommodation, and activities.
Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Support travel agents with administrative tasks, such as filing documents and updating databases.
Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and brochures.
Resolve client issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on travel restrictions, visa requirements, and health & safety guidelines.
Upsell travel products and services when appropriate.
