- Actively involved in all business process flow of company and map the same into SAP Business One.
- Create reports by using queries & crystal report, user-defined fields, formatted searches and user-defined tables as per company needs.
- Developed various reports such as Stock Report, Profit & Loss, Trail Balance, Balance Sheet, Payroll, and Tax related reports.
- Create transactional controls using transaction notification procedure.
- Design and modified complete production module to meet up all requirement of production floor to automate the company's production.
- Create custome layout designs for all sap b1 modules as per company needs
- Work on editing Confidential Reports and PLD layouts for various marketing and financial documents
- Responsibilities include handling of all the SAP Business One activities applicable for the company to ensure smooth flow of transactions.
- Supervising and maintaining Hana SQL backups.
- Create alerts and notifications according to the user requirements
- Working on approval stages to apply approvals on different documents
- Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.
- Work with the organization and business areas to plan new upgrades and or improvements. Including requirement gathering, documentation, enhancements and changes.
Qualifications & Experience: -
- BSCS
- Experience in SAP business one implementation
- Experience in at least 5 projects
- Excellent experience as IT
- Experience in Microsoft visual studio.
