• Ensure that personal files are updated.
  •  Annual and probationary performance appraisal of the project team and teachers is carried out regularly.
  •  Be part of recruitment processes in the organization.
  •  Make sure that the annual performance appraisal of the project team is carried out by the line managers.
  •  KK salary structure is updated as per the decision of the management committee and BoD and aligned to the available resources.
  •  Ensure that new joiners have received proper induction and orientation on the project and organization.
  •  Updating staff EOBI data monthly basis 
  •  Process staff monthly payroll 
  •  Updating monthly staff list 
  •  Attendance register is marked by all staff on a daily basis 
  •  Ensure submission of staff monthly timesheet 
  •  Maintain staff monthly leave record 
  •  Ensure timely submission of staff leave requestions
  •  Review organization HR and admin policies and SOPs in line with the UN and internationally accepted standards.
  •  Collect administrative and HR-related periodic reports, and statements and submit them to the management.
  •  Planning and review of HR and administration functions with admin and HR team.
  •  Keep a record of all relevant HR data in hard and soft.
  •  Internal and external relevant coordination
