Job Description
- Ensuring availability at Front Desk during Office Hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Dealing with Space Visitors and managing their visits.
- Accepting packages and ensuring proper Mail Distribution for Members.
- Ensuring that the Front Desk provides a professional and friendly service to customers (members and visitors)
- Handling all sales correspondence and conversions following. Sales Process for the assigned Leads
- Ensuring 90%+ occupancy at all times
- Managing membership upgrades, downgrades, and termination at all times
- Selling Meeting Room Hours, Event Space and Virtual office plans.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge at all times
- Projecting the right brand image during sales communication, visits, and meetings with clients, visitors, and guests
- Adhering to the grooming standards keeping in mind that this is a customer-facing position
