We are a company providing end-to-end IT services and solutions with 24+ partnerships and IT vendors (e. g., ManageEngine, Quest, Veeam, and Microsoft) to help organizations worldwide solve their business and IT challenges.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a reliable, full-time, and remote Sales Development Representative who will wear multiple hats and handle our Sales Development team. You will be part of an organization that values you in all aspects and will make you part of a family that is evolving quickly.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities for our company. Your primary focus is on identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure our company’s sales goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Identify Potential Customers:

  • Proactively seek out potential customers through research, networking, and other channels.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying leads.
  • Contact and Qualify Potential Customers:
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria.

Manage Leads Through the Sales Pipeline:

  • Set appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads and track progress toward meeting sales goals.

Collaborate with the Sales Team:

  • Work closely with sales representatives to develop strategies for reaching targets.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.

Stay Informed:

  • Keep up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.

Provide Regular Reports:

  • Share sales activity reports and results with management.

Requirements and Skills:

Experience: 2-3 years in sales or customer service.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.

Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Desire to Learn: A passion for learning and growing in the sales field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a IT field.
