We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Associate (Remote) to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily support the Account Managers and work closely with the Sales team. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and providing valuable assistance in various sales-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage sales offers according to established guidelines and pricing structures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales offers, including product details, pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Update and maintain ticketing system to ensure all tickets are properly documented and up to date.
  • Regularly monitor and manage the spam folder to ensure important communication is not missed.
  • Accurately add and update contact information and account details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing quotes and offers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the team to compile and maintain a comprehensive list of upcoming renewals.
  • Filter and categorize leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Support the Account Manager and Sales team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
  • Experienced in preparing accurate sales offers and proficient in handling numbers and logic effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Reliable, quick thinker, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Information:

  • This role will primarily work with the Account Managers and Sales team, assisting with daily sales tasks.
  • The Sales Operations Associate will report to the General Manager.
