As part of our expansion, we are looking for a contractual reliable, dedicated, and remote Technical Content Writer to produce high quality documentation that can contribute to the overall success of our organization. As a team member, we expect you to handle all Technical Content Writing activities. Thus, your job will be diverse but focus on creating value for the organization and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Strategy
- Blog Posts: Develop engaging blog posts that articulate the benefits of our technology solutions.
- Whitepapers and eBooks: Create insightful whitepapers and eBooks to explore industry trends and spotlight our service offerings.
- Research
- Topic Identification: Research and identify trending topics and gaps in the current content landscape, proposing novel content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Market Analysis: Perform market and competitive analysis to inform content topics and strategies.
- Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to craft narratives around our products and services.
- Customer Stories: Develop customer stories and testimonials, showcasing the value we bring to businesses.
- SEO Optimization
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and improve online visibility.
- SEO Best Practices: Utilize SEO best practices in all content production to optimize for search engine rankings.
- Quality Control
- Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is free of errors and aligns with the company’s style guide.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to enhance content quality.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing and technical writing.
- A well-founded understanding of IT paradigms, including cybersecurity.
- Stellar communication and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in IT and digital marketing domains, inclusive of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Familiarity with key digital marketing tools such as Ahref, Ubersuggest, and Keyword Planner.
- A knack for rapidly assimilating emerging digital marketing trends and translating them into engaging content
Work Environment:
- Remote with a commitment to professional development
- Standard work hours: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday
