We are seeking a creative and motivated fashion design student or recent graduate from NCA or PIFD to join a dynamic kidswear startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a solid understanding of current fashion trends, and the practical skills needed to transform ideas into tangible designs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop original and innovative kidswear designs that align with the brand’s creative direction and market trends.
- Conduct research on children’s fashion trends to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and appealing to the target audience.
- Translate creative concepts into detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with the startup team to refine designs and support product development.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and market demands to ensure commercial viability.

Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment or recent graduation from NCA (National College of Arts) or PIFD (Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design) in Fashion Design.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative fashion ideas.
- Good understanding of fashion trends, particularly in the children’s wear segment.
- Practical skills in sketching, pattern making, and garment construction.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the kidswear industry.
