Kids apparel designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated fashion design student or recent graduate from NCA or PIFD who has a strong creative vision and a solid understanding of current fashion trends. The ideal candidate will possess the practical skills necessary to transform innovative ideas into tangible designs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop original and trend-aware designs specifically for kidswear.
- Translate creative concepts into detailed sketches and technical drawings.
- Collaborate closely with the startup team to align designs with brand vision and market needs.
- Assist in selecting fabrics, colors, and materials suitable for children’s clothing.
- Adapt and revise designs based on feedback and practical considerations.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate from the National College of Arts (NCA) or Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD).
- Strong creative vision and a good grasp of fashion trends, particularly in children’s apparel.
- Practical skills in fashion design, including sketching, pattern making, and garment construction.
- Passion for the kidswear industry and a desire to contribute to a startup environment.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating discipline and commitment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas and collaborate with the team.
