Kinetic Engineering and Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Lead Auditor specialized in API and ISO standards to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and API standards, along with proven experience in auditing, risk assessment, and compliance management. This role involves the meticulous evaluation and implementation of quality management systems to ensure organizational adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements. The candidate will handle the documentation and reporting processes vital for continuous improvement and compliance verification, contributing to the company's commitment to excellence and operational efficiency. The Lead Auditor collaborates across departments to perform internal auditing activities, identify areas of non-compliance, and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis. This position requires exceptional skills in interpreting ISO and API standards, managing quality documentation, and ensuring strict compliance through systematic auditing processes. Although this role does not involve team management responsibilities, it demands strong independent work capabilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to drive quality standards effectively across the organization.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough internal audits focused on ISO 9001 Quality Management System and API standards to assess compliance and identify gaps in processes.
Evaluate organizational processes against ISO and API requirements and provide actionable recommendations to ensure optimal compliance and risk mitigation.
Document audit findings clearly and accurately, preparing comprehensive reports that outline non-conformities, root causes, and corrective actions.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems to align with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate corrective and preventive actions based on audit results and ensure timely closure of audit non-conformities.
Perform detailed risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and propose effective measures to address them.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current ISO standards, API design principles, and regulatory requirements to guide audit activities effectively.
Review and verify documentation related to quality management and API implementations, ensuring adherence to prescribed standards and specifications.
Contribute to the development and updating of audit procedures and checklists in alignment with industry best practices.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Quality Management System database and audit records for compliance and traceability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance understanding and implementation of ISO and API standards within operational processes.
Stay informed on emerging changes in ISO and API standards and proactively adapt auditing procedures accordingly.
