Kinetic Engineering and Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks a dedicated QAQC Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to ensure the quality and compliance of projects and processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of API standards and demonstrate expertise in documentation management relevant to these standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can lead a team of 5 members, driving quality assurance initiatives and implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain high operational standards. The QAQC Engineer will be responsible for managing quality management systems and regulatory compliance, overseeing audit processes, and performing root cause analysis to resolve quality issues. The position demands strong leadership skills to effectively manage the team and collaborate across departments to uphold documentation standards, ensure adherence to ISO 9001 protocols, and manage non-conformance reports and related corrective actions. This role is critical to maintaining product integrity and delivering results that align with company and industry standards.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with company standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
Lead and oversee a team of 5 quality control professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team productivity and competence.
Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement.
Manage documentation related to API standards and ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of quality records and reports.
Perform root cause analysis on quality issues, identifying non-conformances and leading the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate and manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of quality deviations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards throughout project lifecycles and production processes.
Monitor regulatory compliance and industry standards to ensure continuous alignment and mitigate risks associated with quality failures.
Prepare and present detailed documentation and reports on quality activities, audit findings, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Stay current with advancements in quality engineering practices, API documentation standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
