We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a military background, preferably a retired Army Major, Captain or equivalent, to join our team as an Admin for our travel agency and call center operations. The Admin will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee day-to-day office operations, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
  • Maintain office facilities and equipment for a safe and productive environment, coordinating repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist in budget development and management, optimizing resource allocation for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and training, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
  •  Implement security protocols and ensure regulatory compliance to safeguard company assets and data.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans for employee and customer safety.

Requirements:

  • Retired Army Major or equivalent rank with a minimum of 5 years of experience in military administration or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, emergency management procedures, and compliance requirements.
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and multitask effectively in a fast- paced environment.

Salary Range:

  • The salary for this position will be competitive and will depend on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and market rates.
